Alissa has been a breath of fresh air during a stressful time. She has been so patient with my situation and dealing with trying to place my mother into assisted-living despite her not “feeling ready“. I’ve never felt that it’s been about the “sale“ for Alissa, but rather she truly cares about her clients and genuinely wants a successful outcome, best for the client. She is patient and compassionate. It might be a little while yet before we can convince my mother to make this move. Alissa will be the first person we call and send any other referrals to!
